When booking

What we need from you.

Four details, and we take care of the rest: from the right pick-up time to a vehicle with enough room.

  • Ship name — So we know which berth and schedule to plan for.
  • Date and flight number — For rides to or from Schiphol; we track the flight.
  • Passengers and suitcases — Cruise luggage is often large: we choose a vehicle that fits everything, up to a van for eight.
  • Disembarkation — Know your disembarkation time or group? Let us know so your driver is ready at the right moment.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How much is a transfer from Schiphol to the IJmuiden cruise terminal?
€69 in a Standard car, €85 Executive and €95 in a van for up to eight. Per ride, including luggage, VAT and flight monitoring.
How do you know when I disembark?
We work from your ship’s schedule and the disembarkation time you share with us. Your driver waits at an agreed point at the terminal; if anything changes, keep us posted via WhatsApp.
How much luggage fits in the car?
A Standard car takes about three large suitcases, a van up to eight. Enter the number of suitcases when booking and we choose the right vehicle.
Can I go to my hotel in Amsterdam first and to Schiphol later?
Yes. That is two rides: terminal → hotel and later hotel → Schiphol. For the ride from Amsterdam you receive a fixed price in advance.
