Frequently asked questions.
Who can book within a business account?
Anyone you register as a booker, for example office managers, executive assistants or team leads. They book for themselves, colleagues or guests; the ride is charged to your organization.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. For every booking you enter the passenger's name and mobile number. The passenger receives the ride details, you as booker receive the confirmation.
How does invoicing work?
You receive one consolidated invoice per month. Each ride lists date, passenger, route, booking number and — if you wish — PO number or cost centre.
What if a meeting runs late or a flight is delayed?
For airport rides we track the flight and the driver adjusts. Business accounts also have more flexible cancellation terms than private bookings.
How quickly can we start?
After you apply we get in touch, and once approved you receive your login details. You can book straight away.
