What does the partner programme cost our hotel?
Nothing. You offer your guests a reliable service; the guest pays the fixed ride price.
How does the front desk book a ride?
Via WhatsApp: send the guest's name, the time and the destination. You get a confirmation and the guest receives the ride details. Guests can also book themselves through your own link or the QR code on the reception card.
Who pays for the ride?
The guest, online in advance or via a payment link. Rides the hotel books itself, for example for VIP guests, can be charged to a business account.
Do we get insight into bookings?
Yes. Every booking through your link, QR code or front desk is linked to your partner code and you receive a monthly overview.
