Many cruise passengers arrive a day early. We collect you from your hotel in Amsterdam or Haarlem and drive you with all your luggage to the terminal in IJmuiden — on time, without changes.
Into the city after your cruise
Staying on in Amsterdam or Haarlem after the cruise? Your driver waits at the terminal and takes you to your hotel door. A later ride to Schiphol can be added to the same booking.
Travel time
From central Amsterdam to the IJmuiden terminal usually takes 35 to 45 minutes, from Haarlem about 20 minutes. We plan generously so you never need to rush.

What we need from you.
Four details, and we take care of the rest: from the right pick-up time to a vehicle with enough room.
- Ship name — So we know which berth and schedule to plan for.
- Date and flight number — For rides to or from Schiphol; we track the flight.
- Passengers and suitcases — Cruise luggage is often large: we choose a vehicle that fits everything, up to a van for eight.
- Disembarkation — Know your disembarkation time or group? Let us know so your driver is ready at the right moment.
